“Had decoy installed near edge of vegetable garden. Early AM a deer came on the property and stopped 30 feet away from the decoy. He was mystified by what he saw and froze for a couple of minutes before deciding it was safer to depart. Haven't seen him since. Have been moving the dog around to a few different positions.
