Cory made the inspection process seamless for our 1920s home in St Paul. He was thorough and did a great job walking us through the home and explaining all the different components. The report we received was detailed and organized. Would certainly recommend!

I scoured his website and read descriptions of what home inspections cover with diagrams and photos, and saw his sample reports. Once I was educated on what to expect, I was able to complete an online form to get a price. Because we were not doing it as part of a sale, I got stuck on the form. He lists on his website how he can be contacted by email, text or phone. Within an hour he reached out and told me how to get past not having an agent.
