I was referred to Integrity Inspections by my realtor. We needed them ASAP as we had a quick inspection contingency. Shawn was assigned and did a fantastic job!!! He showed up before on-time and finished the job as expected. Beyond thorough, checking every single detail to make sure a home buyer knows what could be issues now and in the future. During the home review walkthrough, Shawn went over every part of the house/property and provided easy to understand explanations of what needed to be fixed, even highlighted the good parts too!Thanks again Integrity and Shawn for a great job!
Tony is the best! Very professional and knowledgeable. He was very easy to work with and gives you a few options to help get an issues fixed. He does not try to upsell you on anything like most inspectors do. Really enjoyed working with him and definitely will again!!
