I can not thank this man enough. I came out here early Saturday morning from Illinois to pick up an suv and tow it home. The winch on our trailer stopped working. And after spending the entire day and evening trying to get a new one to work, we failed and ended up in a hotel. Today is Sunday and we spent all morning to find someone to help us and thought maybe a tow truck could get the suv on the trailer. James answered immediately and patiently listened to my dilemma. He was intrigued by the challenge and prompt to offer his assistance to see what he could do. This was by no means an easy task.
