My car was towed at about 9:00 a.m. from the alley by my apartment . The guy that I talked to was very rude to me on the phone and told me that to get my car out of their impound it was going to be $563 and I needed to bring the exact change it wasn't even in their impound lot for a total of 12 hours this is an awake extortion that's how I feel I think this is the rudest company I've ever experienced and most unprofessional ever the guy who helped me retrieve my car at the impound lot was pretty much laughing at me saying how he is 72 years old and still making a bunch of money yeah money off people like me who are working while abiding citizens. I called to have my car towed from a sketchy downtown St. Paul ramp. After inquiring why I required towing to the dealership I was redirected by this kind man to call around for locksmiths that could come do it. He also told me to have them choose when to come in the next few days. This man saved me hundreds of dollars by not towing me and I will definitely be calling him the next time I need a tow!

I needed help Tuesday evening, and they were great! Thad came within 30 minutes of Budget Towing calling me back and helped towed my car ASAP! Prompt service, easy, and friendly! I'd definitely call them again if I needed help.
