Vlad was professional, efficient, and did a great job of explaining the plan and finished duct work. He took before/after photos of the outflow static pressure and it was 50% lower when he was finished. He was as quiet as possible and cleaned up thoroughly when he finished. Vladimir came for the installation of my heat exchanger the next day. I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise I witnessed as he worked to tear down and completely rebuild the ductwork and exchanger coil. I’m confident my furnace will last for many years to come
