Nancy Chao and her cousin are AMAZING! She is a total lifesaver! My wedding dress came in a week later than expected. Nancy made the alterations with such quickness, detail and amazing quality. When I came in for the first fitting and things needed a few adjustments she readily accepted the challenge and made my dress absolutely perfect. She even noticed a small hole on a piece of lace and made sure to fix it. She went above and beyond to help me and relieve all my stress about my dress. It fits PERFECTLY and I can’t wait to wear it on my special day.
We have had many items altered by Chao’s from prom and bridesmaids dresses, to leggings and sweatpants, and they are awesome! Every time their work is perfect, no matter who is doing it! We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Lululemon does free alterations but we go here instead, because they do a better job! Taking a pair of leggings in today in fact! Love Chao’s and highly, highly recommend! Turnaround time is SO fast!! You will not be disappointed!!
