10/10 experience. I needed my wedding dress hemmed and one of the stitches fixed. Fitting was crazy fast. I was worried I wouldn’t get it in time, but instead of telling me when it would be done, they asked, “when is the event?” And then they scheduled it for pickup the a couple days before.
They are absolute professionals and now I am gathering loved pieces that need thins tweaked to drop off.
I had custom leather pants that I needed to have the waist brought in. I asked last minute if they could get in done over the weekend for an event and they did! The pants fit smooth and tight! Thanks Kim’s!
My daughter had a dress that needed to be tailored before here orchestra concert and was in a time limit they are so kind and friendly they went above and beyond on getting it ready on time for her. I’m so great full for their work and time, they knew exactly what to do within seconds after trying it on just by looking at it “they are pros”
