I came into Pilgrim Cleaners with a sequin gown that I didn’t realize couldn’t be dry cleaned. The woman who helped me suggested we tried a wet clean but let me know that she couldn’t guarantee it would take out the stain that had been on the dress for 5 years.

I’m happy to say that the wet clean worked great and the dress looks like new! Thanks so much to Pilgrim Cleaners for coming through and helping me out. So happy with the results!

I have had great experiences in the two years I have been going to the Pilgrim in Shoreview. Lori is amazing and is excellent with customer service. They also were able to get a stain out of a jacket that had been there for over five years and a competitor dry cleaner wasn't able to get out. Highly recommend.

I always drop off in person early in the morning, rather than putting the bag in the slot, because Lori in North Oaks is just wonderful, helpful, informative, and a delight to interact with.
