He helped me get the gift certificate and when I gave him the address to mail it to he offered to hand deliver it!! Can you believe this?? I didn't know this kind of service still existed but let me tell you, it is alive and well at arabella salon and I cannot wait to visit my mother-in-law so we can go together in person and I can experience this amazing first class customer service irl.
