3 day hospital stay for pneumonia, stayed in med surg north and special care unit. The nurses were absolutely fabulous. Very professional, provided care in a timely fashion, explained what they were doing, and were very personable and had great bedside manner. I was very reassured by their care and professionalism. Most of all they listened well and were very accommodating to my needs.
Love this hospital. The hospitality, fun staff and a place that makes you feel welcome and they know what they're doing. After a very horrible experience with my first child I came to this hospital, I had a few other hospital trips within a year or two of being at the hospital and aside from why I was there I seriously would recommend this hospital to anyone. From the birth unit and entire staff to the ER staff and MRI tech people. You are all amazing. Thank you all
My mom went in today for a skin infection. She was very anxious and when she called me she gave me the wrong information on how she was being treated at the hospital. I went up there to her room and I was upset. I want to apologize to the DR, the nurse and especially to the financial person that was obtaining my mom's insurance information. They all handled themselves very professionally even though I was upset. I then also realized that my mom was getting excellent care from the DR and nurse. I want to thank them for their professionalism, compassion and understanding.
