“I have worked at My Brothers Keeper for 18 months. I have seen quite a few group homes, and the one I work at for MBK is easily the best I have ever seen. Client focus, where the rubber meets the road, is impeccable. The eight employees that work at this site support the clients and each other. The onsite program manager is the reason for this; a compassionate, caring, hard working and derailed individual. While the home office may not get an A+ for clear communication and responsiveness, in my experience this is true of most organizations; and they are all good people. With a mission like MBK's, the focus is on the client and it's pretty clear that ee concerns are second. Don like it? Don't do this type of work!”
