They came out on an emergency basis and fixed my furnace... much appreciated. The cost was lower than their competitor's non- emergency rate. I highly recommend! I had made an appointment with Centraire before calling Scandia but Centraire couldn't come for 4 days without an emergency surcharge. I forgot to cancel so Centraire still charged me for a regular visit but that cost $65 more than Scandia's emergency charge. Pass on Centraire and use Scandia.

We came back from vacation on Sunday, New Years Eve to a very loud furnace. We called Scandia Heating on Tuesday, January 2 and they had a technician out with 4 hours. The tech was very professional and told us we just needed a small component fixed. Once the part came in, a few days later they called us back and were able to have technician come out at a time that worked for me, which was within the next two hours or later in the evening.

We are so thankful for their professional and willingness to be flexible.

Had an issue with our furnace short cycling and not achieving desired temperature as a result. I filled out a form on their website over the weekend describing the issue with my contact number and they promptly called me on Monday to schedule a time to come out and fix. Travis came out and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes.

We did have an issue a day later with the repair where water began leaking under the furnace, however they came back out quickly and resolved with no extra charge or fuss—again, quick 30 minute repair.
