We are working on remodeling our basement and went to Flooring Expo for new carpet. Scott was so amazing to work with! He was patient and took his time to find the perfect carpet for our project and budget! And then the installation crew took it from there! I highly recommend Flooring Expo in Apple Valley. The service we received was excellent. We were having our house repainted prior to the installation so some coordination was involved as well as having to bump the installation back a few days.
Kevin did an incredible job of not merely selling us the product but making the whole process flow as smoothly as possible.
The installers were great. The communication was good, they showed up on time, they took great care with everything that did need to be moved by them and the installation looks great. The cleanup was great as well.

We chose to go with Flooring Expo in Apple Valley for one simple reason, Scott. Scott came out to our house and was friendly, professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and did not make me feel bad for asking them. We had a total of three companies come to our house and there was no comparison. Their price was not the cheapest, but it was competitive. There was one small snafu with the arrival time of the installers, but it was handled with professionalism, and the final product looks great!
