They did a great job getting out some really tough, set-in stains and the carpets looked noticeably better afterward. The guy on the phone was thorough, professional, and easy to work with when scheduling.
There was an accidental spill down our stairs that caused some damage, but most importantly he was okay, and the company handled it extremely well. They took responsibility and reimbursed us promptly so we could get it fixed, which we really appreciated. Overall, very professional and trustworthy—would definitely use them again.
