I was grateful that he did a thorough (and complimentary) inspection and determined that there wasn't any water damage. I would not hesitate to call him back if I ever needed help again.
We had our bathroom toilet leak through our floor. Charlie was fantastic to work with. He fit us in his busy schedule the same day we called, spent numerous hours working with our adjuster and us. Was honest, upfront and always on time. While we weren't able to move forward with TCF or Charlie, we appreciate how easy he made this process and will recommend them to anyone we know!
