This was our first time using Twin Cities Finest. We had both carpets and ducts cleaned. Chris Roble took the time to explain the procedure. He was professional, friendly and a cat lover!! Carpets look great and will definitely have them back in the Spring. Thanks Chris!
Update as of 11/25: They refunded us $200, redid the carpet cleaning, and made sure the air ducts were clean (and showed my husband a picture). We are pleased that they admitted to their mistake with the initial duct cleaning job, and took steps to make us satisfied customers again.We had our air ducts and carpets "cleaned" by this company, in total costing us $800+. The photos show the job they did. The guy blew dust ALL over our house, in every single room. The first picture shown is upstairs after the guy was "done" doing the air duct cleaning. Travis P was our technician and he was amazing. Our carpet ended him being MUCH worse than we expected and he was very honest with what our options would be to solve the issue. HIGHLY recommend and we will absolutely be back for more services in the future! Thanks again Travis for being awesome today!
