Project Manager/Owner of Tradition Roofing and Exteriors (Scott Landa) was professional and personable from our initial contact for an estimate through the completion of the project (new roofs for house and garage). He explained exactly what we needed and why we needed it, trying to keep costs down while ensuring high quality work. His communication was prompt and timely, keeping us informed about every step. Scott was great to work with! Very patient with the multiple projects we had going on and willing to work around all the scheduling and all the insurance claim process. Very fair, no hassles, the work was done in good time and they did a great job! Even cleaned up well after. Very happy with our experience with Tradition Roofing & Exteriors! Will call them again for any future related projects.

In full disclosure, I have known Scott Landa at Tradition Roofing and Exteriors for almost 10 years as he is very involved in supporting youth athletics and has coached two of my kids in different sports. When it came time to reroof and install new skylights in my home, I still got multiple quotes from the highest rated companies I could find. Tradition came out as the lowest cost (it was less than half the cost of the most expensive bid) with the same or higher quality materials. In addition, Scott was the only one to make recommendation on how to improve our venting to potentially mitigate ice dams. Scott communicated well throughout the process and was very flexible in working around our schedules and the weather and got the job done when he said he would. The crew worked efficiently and did a great job cleaning up - you couldn't tell that they had been here after they left. Scott also came by the next day to inspect and took care of a few items to make them 100% satisfactory. I would wholeheartedly recommend Scott Landa and Tradition Roofing and Exteriors.
