Went to the Sunday morning prenatal yoga class as a below beginner lbvs. It was a new experience that anywhere else would be so intimidating, however Claire the instructor and the group of mother's there were incredibly welcoming, deeply loving and supportive. I recently moved back to the area and decided to try this studio. I am returning to my yoga practice after a back/hip injury two years ago, so I was nervous and wanted to work with instructors that had a lot of experience. I have not been disappointed! Every instructor that I have taken a class with has been caring, welcoming, and accommodating. They have worked with my body in a way that makes me feel like I am fully participating and coming back to my practice. This is a great studio and a great group of teachers!
I attend the restorative class weekly. The variety of postures, humor, and assistance is very beneficial to the practice. I look forward to class each week and enjoy sharing it with friends. It’s had an impact on how I set up for a calmer week and how I take care of my nervous system. I’ve also been able to learn and bring the postures into my at home practice. Paul is easy going, sincere, funny, and plants seeds of wisdom throughout the class.
