I’ve been coming here since moving here in 2021 and always leave feeling refreshed. The owner is very sweet, attentive, and easy to communicate with. I’ve tried a few brow threading spots throughout the twin cities and continue to be impressed with Brow Bar’s loyalty program and easy appointment scheduling. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I’ve been going to this same shop for years, and my brows have been done by two different people over that time.

The first person I used to go to did a really good job. My brows would come out clean but still thick like I asked, and the process was quick and painless. I never had issues with my shape being overdone or too much taken off.

More recently, I’ve been going to the current person who does eyebrows there. I can’t say exactly how long she’s been there, but it’s been my regular experience for a while now. Even though things haven’t always been great, I still kept going and just dealt with it. I would ask to keep my brows thick but cleaned up, but it often didn’t feel like that was fully followed. More than once, too much was taken off, including parts of the tail of my brow I specifically didn’t want touched.

Also, at some point it just started becoming painful every time. The threading feels a lot more aggressive and not smooth like it used to be.

At this point, I’m just fed up. I’ve been patient and kept going hoping it would improve, but I haven’t had the same experience I used to have.

I'm in town for a week and needed a cleanup. Read the reviews and they weren't wrong. The owner is super friendly and attentive. She said she would try to make it as painless as possible and I barely felt anything. I also had a wonderful conversation with her. Price was right and clean up was great. Definitely going to be my chosen place to go whenever I'm in town and need a clean up.

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10 yrs and this is the least amount of pain or skin irritation of any threading I've done!!
