Although my wife and I were never present for any of the work being done, that wasn't even necessary. The communication through build trend was exceptional. The crews were very professional and accommodating to our neighbors during the whole process which was great as we are right in the middle of the block.

I reached out to Sussel in July of this year to fully replace a garage on a new (to us) property after the detached garage failed inspection and was deemed uninsurable.
Mike Russell was the contact who walked us through our options and gave us complete trust in Sussel to build our garage. He asked a lot of good questions and was very knowledgeable about our options, and helped us pick a garage that matched our home and looked beautiful.

Sussel tore down our old garage and pad and replaced it with a new two car with a parking pad beside it. They helped us choose vaulted trusses for the space so we could use half as a gym and put French Doors on that side of it so it looks like a little house behind our main house.
They did a fantastic job—on time and on budget—and working with their project managers Tom and Ann was very easy. They are great communicators. Recommend them for sure!!
