Excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Finally got my thermostat to sink with my phone. Very respectful. My new filters I had purchased did not fit my furnace . I have allergies and asthma so high Merv(13) . He gave me one that works. I gave him both filters new, to give to someone who has my issues but can’t afford them. Thanks Jack, for keeping me healthy.
I just purchased a furnace from them and they did the science of calculating the right furnace and proper airflow for the house. It heats faster and better, runs less and provides more consistent room to room temperature than the old one. (higher rise temp and better volume flow) I had two problem areas and thanks to a required new duct (Thanks Jude) and duct tuning these are no longer there. Thank you. ???
Their Gold standard plan offers furnace and A/C checks at the start of each season. Tech was prompt, professional, and gave me tips for ensuring our furnace is as efficient as possible for the coming winter. Thanks!
