I like this salon and it's next to Carbones. My stylist Sandy has shut down Tangles and is now an independent operator. This is mostly middle aged women that are here, yet not blue haired old ladies of yesteryear. It's a nicely decorated place and I'll enjoy still having my old standby stylist, Sandy who always keeps me from looking like God help us. I love the location and all of her customers are grateful to not be among the madness at Selby and Snelling. So far her hours are on Wed. and Thurs. I believe there are 5 stylists that are part time. It's small, but comfortable.

I purchased a groupon for a cut, deep condition and brow wax. Staff is awesome, I felt so relaxed and well taken care of. I love my haircut and the deep condition feels and looks amazing! Highly recommend this newer salon!

Salon Belle Vie in St. Paul is my go to place for all my hair needs. Suzi, the owner, has been a stylist for years and it really shows in her work. I have fine hair and after she cuts and styles it, I always look like I have a luscious head of locks (which is a feat, let me tell you!). Also the hair coloring is first rate. I get blonde highlights and color and people always tell me how great my hair color is, usually telling me I was born with great genes. They are always shocked when I tell them that it's not my natural color, telling me how natural and lovely the color looks. I've had undos for special events done by Suzi as well and I'm always thrilled with the results....read full review
