My hair is really fine and finicky to cut and when I lived in New York City I bounced around between hair stylists because I couldn’t find someone who could really listen and understand what I needed for a men’s mid-length cut. Since moving to St Paul two years ago both my wife and I happy regulars at Reliance. Manila is fantastic. She is patient, creative and adept at working with many hair types and styles, and always diligent at fulfilling your vision. We’re lucky to have her in the neighborhood!
I've gone to Manila for years and she's the only person I let cut my hair. Her work is great and the company is always welcoming. Highly recommend her if you're looking for a stylist.
