The experience with RRC was very disappointing and discouraging. I’m going through a difficult time in my life, I reached out to RRC and Lilia (Pachenko) Imgrund for help and advice.

Lilia was 10 minutes late, when I communicated via text her time adjustment would not work for my schedule, she said it was fine and we could reschedule. Later that day, I was surprised to be charged for a “no show”, a fee of $150. Then when I innocently asked Lilia how or why I was being charged, she responded very emotionally and almost aggressively, and demanded I look for a new therapist.
