It's really hard to get messaging through to clinicians. There is no patient portal - which is really shocking. Payments are made via paypal, which is very strange in 2024. I love my clinician, and I followed them to PRI, but I really wish PRI would improve in two key areas: we need a fast way to send digital messages to our clinicians, and we need a proper billing system.

First: love my provider.
Second: clinic operations needs work: even though the phone tree frequently directs you to an answering machine, you cannot reach that answering machine unless calling during their limited business hours. I think a little effort would probably help make the clinic more accessible.
Also: the only online payment option is via PayPal... while I appreciate a retro nod towards the early '00s as much as the next guy- I think I'd appreciate a broader selection of online payment options more.

As with all Medical type professions. Different people work here. It can be difficult to keep help for the front desk.
Myself. I had taken my daughter here years ago. Like for evaluation. To start either kindergarten or first grade. It was easy enough. No hard railing. She did see someone here. My husband spoke with also & we approved. I've keep in touch w this hard-working psyc for later my husband died. Cancer n heart attack . I know they get stressed also. But. They do try. As for billing. That's how life goes. I can't afford it now & they don't take my insurance. I still think our Pshc did a good job. Hope she is well.
