The haircuts are ok but the Service is lacking Barbers have you waiting for hours when you come in for a Walk-In without a Appointment,Even though the sign says Walk-Ins are welcome you can clearly see they have Noone in front of you but avoid you because you didn't have a Appointment thus sitting for 2 hours (Update 2024) Services have improved Barbers have really improved service
Walked in for a hair cut and got sat down. As I waited I had an emergency, as I left, one of the barbers reached out to me if I still needed a cut and tried to reschedule me. Great customer service!
We had Josh cut our son's hair tonight. It was our son's first haircut and Josh did him right! He did a phenomenal job making him feel comfortable and walking him through the while process. He took his time with our little guy and also gave us some pointers as well. Thanks Josh!
