Exuberant, extraordinary excellence is what I witnessed at Elevations Barbershop. While visiting in October of 2025, I learned that the shop was opened at that location August 1, 1999. The excellent customer service provided by the barber named Mike was expedient. He is a third generation barber who still specializes in exceptional barber services at each phase of life. I appreciate his kindness and excellence while providing professional services for my cousins.
I have been getting my hair cut at this location for 20 years. From time to time I have randomly visited other barbers in the Twin Cities. Elevation’s Barber Shop always offers me the best looking cut for the time spent. All the barbers offer great customer service. I love that I don’t have to listen to vulgar music, watch a random movie, or sports on a television. It’s a “Healthy male” environment. With conversation about music, culture, and the black experience.
I was not the one to visit, but I am the wife of the guy with the new haircut. I can vouch that this is the freshest haircut he's ever gotten! As is customary with men, all my husband did was decide he wanted a haircut that day, googled "barbers near me," and somehow got the best barber in the whole world. If I had done the same just randomly picking out a hairstylist I'd come out with a mullet probably.When he got home he told me a tale of Michael the barber and I was straight up laughing til I couldn't breathe.
