Front desk staff are usually friendly and professional. Dr. Ullman on the other hand has zero bedside manner and is not only rude and curt, but on my visit today, asked a very inappropriate and presumptive question. I will recommend a different dentist next time.

I have to agree with several of the reviews regarding scheduling. Awful, I'm looking for a new dentist as well.

I called regarding a dental emergency and followed the phone prompt to press 2. After waiting on hold for over 15 minutes, I was sent to voicemail. I called back and was placed on hold again. I also reached out online and was told that only cleanings could be scheduled that way, but they would notify the clinic for a callback. Unfortunately, I never received one.
I ended up needing to contact a different dental provider to address my issue. As a long-time patient, I expected more timely communication and support, especially in an urgent situation. This experience has made me reconsider whether this is still the right dental office for me

I’ve loved being a patient at Park Dental Grand Ave. All of the front desk staff, dental hygienists and assistants, and dentists (particularly Dr. Browning) have been very courteous, helpful, and trustworthy.

As one of many reviews here, I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Browning. He is kind, efficient, thoughtful, funny and genuinely cares about the person in his chair. The difference he made to my front teeth brought me to happy tears, he has sincerely changed my life for the better. Ive only felt comfortable and safe at my 5+ appointments at Park Dental, and I came into my treatment plan nervous and afraid. I truly cannot put into words what Dr. Browning has done for me, and how much I encourage anyone with fears about dentists to see him, because it will dissipate immediately. Forever grateful to all staff at this office. Thank you!

Dr. Browning has taken outstanding care of my teeth and is a genuine down to earth dentist.I have been seeing him for many years. I am so grateful for all his professional work, his wonderful demeaner, his great personality and he makes sitting in his chair relaxing. How wonderful to see a dentist and know he always has your back. I am thankful I received a referral for Dr. Browning from a colleague.
