Dr.Pham was very knowledgeable, friendly and gentle with my teeth. Her new assistant was diligent and careful and will make a wonderful DA. Everyone at the clinic is friendly and kind.

Front desk staff are usually friendly and professional. Dr. Ullman on the other hand has zero bedside manner and is not only rude and curt, but on my visit today, asked a very inappropriate and presumptive question. I will recommend a different dentist next time.

I called regarding a dental emergency and followed the phone prompt to press 2. After waiting on hold for over 15 minutes, I was sent to voicemail. I called back and was placed on hold again. I also reached out online and was told that only cleanings could be scheduled that way, but they would notify the clinic for a callback. Unfortunately, I never received one.
I ended up needing to contact a different dental provider to address my issue. As a long-time patient, I expected more timely communication and support, especially in an urgent situation. This experience has made me reconsider whether this is still the right dental office for me

I’ve loved being a patient at Park Dental Grand Ave. All of the front desk staff, dental hygienists and assistants, and dentists (particularly Dr. Browning) have been very courteous, helpful, and trustworthy.
