My stylist was great and I left with the haircut I wanted. However, when I walked in for my appointment, The girl behind the counter asked I wanted to check in. I said yes and she checked me in. She told me to have a seat at the high top and my stylist would be right with me. She didn’t offer me any kind of drink and was on her phone the entire time. I was on time for my appointment but had to wait 15 minutes for my stylist. When paying for haircut, I wasn’t asked if I wanted to make another appointment. I love the concept of this place, it just needs better customer service

Incredible! From the greet over the phone to the reminders sent to the arrival of appt. They offer On Tap - Coffee, Komucha, and Teas! The front desk greeted me with a smile and showed me to the stylist chair. My hair cut appt was with Christine. And the manager of the salon, Amanda, made sure I was in love with my hair cut. I most certainly have not been this excited about a haircut after not having one in 6 months. They even took pictures. Great experience. I would drive 3 hrs to stay with Para amd Christine.

I had my first appointment at Para Salon on a Saturday afternoon. I had booked the appointment about 2 weeks out so it was easy to find a time for an appointment. Just a heads up that there is no private parking lot and only street parking available. I went in hoping to get my hair cut and colored. My hair stylist took the time to talk with me about what I hoped to get out of this appointment and how she could accomplish this to the best of her abilities. I am new to getting my hair colored so I really appreciated having this conversation. She was also relatively quick with cutting and coloring my hair which I always love.
