Not the nicest place she rents out a room in a hair salon. No one told her I was there I sat out in the waiting area for 15 mins. Weird massage on my face which I did not like just like someone stated in a different review due massages my feet then proceeded to my face...yuck. the lotion smelled awful. The music came from a tablet that kept getting notifications so it was disruptive. Was suppose to start at 12 started at 12:20 got out at 1:05 . I would not recommend this place at all.

This place is located within Hair Designs Unlimited. I wouldn't exactly call it a retreat & spa. It's far from it. It's just a back room to the hair salon. You can here chatters coming from the salon. So if you want peace and quiet, don't come here. Also don't come here if you expect to get a full hour of service because you bought a service for one hour. Common sense right? I got gyp of 15 minutes; 5 minutes from when she walked out on me, and said she'll be right back, and the other 10 minutes well because she ended it and said all done. Booked 2 appts 2 months in advance, 1 week before appt was scheduled, they rescheduled 1 of my of appts without notification and canceled the 2nd appt also without notification. When I called to verify appt times, no one answered and i had to leave a message. The woman who returned my call accused me of canceling the appts myself and that she had nothing to do with scheduling and refused to answer my questions. At which point she told me to cancel my appts and get my money back because she didn't want me there then promptly hung up on me.
