From Minnesota Recovery Connection
Minnesota Recovery Connection (MRC) is a grassroots recovery community organization. We offer peer-to-peer recovery support services, including telephone recovery support, recovery navigation services, and 1:1 recovery coaching for people seeking or sustaining long-term recovery from substance use disorder. We honor all pathways to recovery and are not treatment providers. Instead, we fill gaps in, around, or in lieu of treatment with nonclinical support services. MRC also strengthens the recovery community through public education and advocacy. Our Recovery Coach Academy trains individuals to be peer recovery coaches, and our annual Walk for Recovery in September is the largest all-recovery event in Minnesota. We can, and do, recover.
