I purchased 3 items from this store through their online auction site. The items were all packaged well and arrived on time. Before making my purchase of one of the items, I noticed what appeared to be breaks on the feet of the piece. I sent in an inquiry about what I thought were broken pieces and was informed that it was simply glare from the lighting used to photograph the piece. Well, the item is broken and useless to me. I was told that this store does not send out broken merchandise, when it obviously does. The associate that I texted with wanted to place blame for the breaks on FedEx. Beware of Employment Services - Betsy sells you on false information that wastes valuable time, and her unqualified staff are rude and uneducated.

Purchased online. Tape was used on boxes of valuable items. Opened a ticket and instead of taking care of the issue, blame was shifted, like a child would, to everyone else. Now the situationis being ignored. I was even was told that the packing department did not have access to tape. Not sure how shipping boxes get sealed or packaging supplies are used to protect fragile items, so apparently they don't. I DO NOT recommend this location. Poor customer service, poor handling of items. It's a shame, I've done a lot of business here but no longer will
