Justin & Bob were great to work with! Super friendly, knowledgeable and informative step-by-step! Unfortunately, having a Lennox furnace under warranty didn’t help our cause as it was a needed part outside of the Lennox dealership being open so the warranty was null. Not sure I’d ever buy a Lennox again. But the job was done right and we’re super happy (and warm again!) thank you McQuillan for having amazing techs employed!! Ohh and such great communication all the way around!!
Justin was very personable, conscientious and knowledgeable. He ran into some unexpected issues and made sure it was resolved to our total satisfaction. We have been happy with McQuillan for a variety of home needs and will surely go with them again.
