“You know that feeling when you take a sip of hot cocoa and can feel the warmth travel all the way down into your stomach, relaxing and comforting you from the inside out? That perfectly describes my entire experience at this med spa.
I started my spa day in the sauna, where I did a 30-minute fat-loss program that completely warmed me up, opened my pores, and got everything moving. From there, I moved into the red light therapy room for a body sculpting session that was so relaxing I actually fell asleep and woke myself up snoring!
To finish the day, I enjoyed a full facial that included microdermabrasion, and my skin felt amazing afterward.
What truly set this experience apart, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me understand the treatments and their benefits. Rather than simply selling products, they took the time to educate me. I even had the opportunity to sit down with the owner, who walked me through the science behind the treatments and skincare recommendations. She evaluated my skin, explained why certain options made sense for me and why others didn't, and provided resources and alternatives instead of pushing a single product or using high-pressure sales tactics.
The entire experience felt personalized, informative, and genuinely caring. I left feeling refreshed, educated, and confident in my skincare plan.
