I've always had good interactions with the phone and office staff. I've seen a few doctors at this location. All were attentive, caring listeners and asked probing questions. They offered useful advice and solutions.
Doctor Diane Begley (excuse spelling), and I believe it was nurse or medical assistant Chris (a female, i may be wrong on her name) were very open to hearing and addressing all of my concerns. Chris was even able to change my reason for the visit when I asked for more and was friendly about it. Dr. Begley was very knowledgeable about addressing and explained well anything relevant to my treatment. i found it particularly inspiring and impressive that she practices the very recommendations she gave me for herself. Jennifer Bottem is someone I'd be quite happy to see going forward. She's a great listener, considers my input, and gives good advice. The clinic is new, and I can tell that they're a bit understaffed. But the quality of the care I received was first rate.
