ADHD Group was so good. The group was inclusive, accepting, and so comfortable. It was amazing to learn about my brain, what's cool about how it's wired, and get tools to function in ways that feel better, to learn I'm not alone, and not broken. Gabby was a kind gentle kind group leader. I recommend this Lilium course all the time to people struggling to start tasks, change tasks, and keep their head on their shoulders.
