This week our furnace decided to quit on us, and with the winter temps, we needed a replacement fast. Andrew and Joe came out to do the installation, and they were fantastic. They both had fun personalities while still being incredibly professional and efficient. Once the job was done, they cleaned up everything thoroughly. Before leaving, they walked us through the bill — which was a great deal — and gave us a clear breakdown of all the work they completed, along with their contact information in case anything came up later that night. I highly recommend this company and hope you’re as lucky as we were to get one or both of these guys.
Mike was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Initially when I called they were booked up, but their staff called me a couple hours later and managed to squeeze us in, with our air conditioner not working on a very hot day! We will not be going anywhere else for our heating and air conditioning needs, we found an amazing business here!
Second time we needed an emergency AC repair, we knew who to call! The 2026 heat bubble is hitting our area hard and we woke to a stuffy house and the AC making a strange sound when trying to cycle on. Mike T came after I received a call he would be here in 20 minutes and he was. He told me his tune-up would take about 45 minutes. Mike was very professional and kind and cared for my townhome.
