Been on the phone for 45 minutes and no one has answered. I just need to talk to someone for 3 minutes, but instead I wasted more than my whole lunch break waiting for a single person to bother picking up the phone

Has no interest in actually helping or solving your problems, just whatever gets you out of there the quickest. Never once had my problems resolved at this clinic after going 4 times.

Used the “save my spot” feature through the website and waited less than an hour. Check in person, nurse, and especially the doctor, Sarah Evert were fantastic.

Kind, knowledgeable, fast, and accurate.

I went to urgent care and they were not good at all at diagnosing my pain.

So my experience was not the best . But I’m giving them 5 stars for the doctor that seen my mom . My mom had to wait for a very long time . The front desk was not so pleasant . They took her back . And she sat in the room for another hour . Her irritation level was through the roof . Where she called me to come back and speak with her and the doc . When I get there the doc was very calm . Trying to keep his composure . My mom was agitated and showing it . I took over and he spoke to me . My mom was there being seen for something the clinic didn’t specialize in . He still tried & did what he could to keep her comfortable . Him remaining calm made her calm down . We began regular conversations. He has a brother and sister . He his mom and siblings are all in the medical field . His sister was going to be a pediatrician I believe . He has an accent . Went to college down south and has been up here the last 2 years . I forgot his name . But if he read this he would know it’s about him . I want to thank you . You’re an amazing being . Thanks for handling my mom with care . Thanks for not giving what she dished . People like you make us feel safe . Thank you so much . (Dark hair . White man. Tall . Accent.)

Really fast and the doctor was really really nice.

Forced to wait for 4 hours and still had to wait longer after being put in a room.

I had the worst experience with this provider when I visited the other day in regards of bleeding from the nose , I met with this provider Ann M ( APRN,DNP ) instead of checking if there is any issue with my nose she simply rule out that its due to weather change and asked me to come back if I start bleeding again for 30mints , during that visit I also share with her I had an acne and she said it could be shingles , that is ridiculous I have to make another appointment with dermatologist and was provided acne treatment ointment , she didn't want listen what I want to address , and I wish she reads my this msg, hello this is my health and I would seriously ask you stop gambling peoples life , I would never ever go back to this specific location , and I am planing to switch my health insurance from Healthpartners after 14 years , I would recommend this place for health needs and if you are going there make sure don't see this provider

The phone number simply says No Appointment needed Just walk in.
What it doesn’t say is that there is a 3 hour or longer wait time if you simply walk in.
That message should explain the option to Save My Spot and provide a direct link by clicking on that site.
I was informed by a receptionist that I should have received the Save My Spot option through “word of mouth or seen it on billboards “!
Like most people I tend to keep my eyes on the road and not on billboards.
