I had recent cataract surgery with Dr Spencer Cleland. Everything from the consulation appointment to the surgeries went exactly as planned. Staff in eye care and same day surgery were excellent.

I attended a cataract surgery consultation appointment today with my family member as she requested and Christy was extremely rude and dismissive toward me the entire appointment. When I tried to ask simple questions, Christy was very defensive and cut me off while I was talking. She did not have a caring or respectful demeanor at all. And when I told her I didn't appreciate her rude and dismissive behavior, she said I was being hostile. How unsurprising that someone with that type of demeanor would respond in such a way. And then, when it was time for her to leave the room & for the doctor to come in, Christy asked me if I had any more questions. Why would I ask her any more questions after how she had treated me?? I saved my remaining questions for the doctor. I would never come here for care or recommend it to anyone else based on this person's behavior.

Excellent experience. Even though there was only receptionist at the front desk, and it was crazy busy, she was wonderful and friendly. Maisee was the assistant who brought me back, and she was amazing. Very friendly and explained everything very well. Dr. Cleland was efficient and friendly, I felt like he listened and cared about helping me. I got a diagnosis and am confident I will feel better soon. Highly recommended!!!

Staff were nice, I came in hoping to get an updated prescription for my glasses (Mind you, its only been a year since seeing an optician) and they kept repeating I have 20/20 vision. That's very good news but Its not accurate. The worst part was they kept giving me this funny look like I had munchausen syndrome or something? Idk. But I went elsewhere for a second opinion and got my script for glasses. I just wonder what they seen that this clinic didnt? very weird idk what to think so you guys get 3 stars (: wont be back

I usually struggle to choose frames that I like and that work with my strong correction. Duy was professional, patient and very knowledgeable. He made choosing frames a breeze. Much easier than ordering at other places or online. Thanks Duy!
