Huge thanks to the Grainger St. Paul branch! This location is more of a warehouse and doesn’t carry shoes to try on like the Bloomington store, but an employee went out of their way to help me get a pair of steel-toed boots at the very last minute after mine broke. Thanks to their help, I was able to make it to my site visit on time. Super kind and helpful service — really appreciated!

I hope all Grainger locations will change their hrs (7am-4pm). Working pple like me (7am to 4pm) will not make to stores on time. Either have Sat or Sun open or extend to 6pm or 7pm on weekdays. I have not been to any store due your open hrs, I am here just to comment. Pass this suggestions please. Thanks

Very helpful and knowledge on the phone they stayed on the phone while making sure to get me the right person instead of most company's that would just transfer and hope you got what you wanted they didn't stop untill I got what I wanted
