AJ with Elevate Appliance is superb. Super personable AND available. Both times we had a problem with our dishwasher he was able to come by quickly. His work is thorough and he stands by it. We just bought our house in the last year and honestly I feel so much relief knowing I can count on AJ if anything else goes wrong.
AJ was excellent, he had me text photos of my dishwasher to him for a diagnosis Unfortunately, I need a replacement but he saved me $165 diagnostic fee another company would have charged.
AJ was great to work with. He diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher by listening to some audio of the noise it was making, explained how to get authorization for the part under warranty, and installed the dishwasher correctly after previous flawed installation. I’ll be pleased to pass his contact information all over.
