They will happily charge you twice the price of any other Chinese medicine establishment all while making you wait for your scheduled appointments outside in front of locked doors and act like they were there the whole time waiting for you! She double charged me to make sure I paid the same amount upfront as she would've charged me without insurance then tried to charge me 88$ for a ton of medicines she never explained

Given special formula, tea that very nearly made me pass out twice. There were no ingredients listed and though I asked what was in it was never given this information. Also, given some type of pill that had no ingredients as well. I did not take these. Expensive and mon-refundable. I would not recommend tea/medicine from this place unless you like to take risks.

I'm a new patient and I had a telehealth appt. scheduled with them, but no one joined the meeting at the scheduled time. Very disappointing.

I have visited many TCM practitioners and as far as I can tell Dr. Ren is one of the best, if not the best, TCM practitioners in our area. I had a hiccup with online scheduling once so now I call. I've always had great service from the support staff and from Dr. Ren.

I scheduled an appointment on the website and provided all of my private details and insurance information. On the day of my appointment, the doctor said she didn't know about my appointment. She didn't seem able to check their website and she had no idea how to verify my insurance herself. She told me I would have to wait until someone was in the office to do this. I drove from South Minneapolis to their office on Grand Ave in Saint Paul for nothing. So unprofessional! Fortunately, there's a reliable Chinese medicine provider right around the corner from this place and they accept any Health Partners insurance.

I have visited many TCM practitioners and as far as I can tell Dr. Ren is one of the best, if not the best, TCM practitioners in our area. I had a hiccup with online scheduling once so now I call. I've always had great service from the support staff and from Dr. Ren.

I was very excited to get acupuncture to help me quit smoking. This place seemed good so I called and asked how much a session would cost. The woman on the phone told be it would be $85. After my session the person behind the counter told me I owed them $185. I said I was confused because I was told it was $85 and they said the consultation fee is $100. Fine. But at least tell me that then, instead of misleading me to think something is within my budget when its not. Plus she wanted to see my 2x a week with no sliding fee scale option available...who can afford that? She also gave me some sort of medicine which she gave me no information about. Would not recommend, there are better places.

I have known this place for years about 10 years ago I hurt my back playing basketball. My wife suggested I meet her there for treatment. I was skeptical of accupunnture but tried it.. I went in not being able to stand. When I left I could do a jumping Jack...it. was like Mr miaygi hit me with something. Recently my mother in law came to town after just having mini stokes. She lost her memory of the last 10 years. After a few treatments she regained her memory for the most part. She also was having trouble walking and had to use a Walker....now she moves better than she did 10 yrs ago. If you are having a chronic pain or something you have tried everything for just try it. Out you will see results.
