I cannot recommend Jesse and Certified Appliance enough! He has helped us on more than one occasion (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer!) and is always timely and affordable. He is kind, thoughtful and always makes recommendations that are in the best interest of our home. We are grateful that we found Jesse when we moved to the Twin Cities and he is our go to for all things appliance repair!
Jesse is timely and efficient. He lets us know if parts are delayed. He also gives us updates when will be available. He does a great job and goes out of his way keeping our appliances running! Very personable!
Jesse was perfectly clear what my options were, didn't push one option over the other, and allowed me to make my own decision. His costs were very reasonable, and he went above and beyond o on the work. I like that he prioritizes repairs by how crucial they are. He's licensed for heating and air conditioning, so I know who to call the next time I need HVAC help.
