Contacted company at least a dozen times over the past 9 months, using phone, email and the form from website. Left messages each time, but never once have heard back. We are former customer and this was for a new job with approved insurance claim for roof replacement.

I'm in the process of helping a friend who hired Bill Fuller from this company to do some work, paid a deposit and has been getting the brush-off for four months now. Bill doesn't respond to requests for a refund. I will update this posting after I get in touch with the company.
