I actually didn't use Boehm for servicing my house, but after my interactions with them, I can only imagine they'll be fantastic. I had water leaking under my furnace and had checked the ac condenser drain, all seemed fine. I wasn't sure what to do, so I called Boehm. They answered and were ready to send someone out, but talked me through a couple of troubleshooting ideas. They booked a tech to come out the next day if the troubleshooting didn't work. The next day, my issue was gone, and I called back to cancel - they were more than happy to help me over the phone which I did not expect!

After getting several bids for replacing my 50 year old boiler I went with Boehm for the following reasons: 1. Family owned since 1945. The owner Jeff Boehm, came to my house to look at the job and make the bid. We had a good discussion on systems and options. His knowledge on heating systems spans a lifetime and is extensive to say the least. 2. His bid was competitive. 3. Boehm customized the installation to my request adding stubs and valves for a planned third heating zone and a boiler-fired water heater. 4.
