Have come to really love this gym. It's a smaller facility, but the equipment is wisely selected - plenty of cardio equipment and all the weight equipment you need to do some solid training.

A clean, well run gym. Coaches Anna and Kailee were both great. Everything from the interesting shape of their barbells to the very scalable workouts feel harmonious and well thought out.

I've been going to alchemy intermittently for the past year, mostly at the HP location. I really love their class model, with about 20 minutes of yoga-ish warm up and cool down, and a 20 minute HIIT style work out in the middle. Particularly at this location, everyone is so supportive and friendly. You can tell everyone is welcome. I always leave drenched in sweat and am usually sore for a few days afterwards. Definitely check it out - your first class is free!
