Jer was awesome! He sent texts to remind me of the date of the appointment, and a text with his estimated arrival time, he even got here ahead of schedule! He was very professional. Also, my wool rug was wet and heavy because I attempted to hand shampoo it myself. The rug due to this, was much heavier than it would have been normally. I want to extend my sincerest apologies for that and also my sincerest gratitude for that! Awesome job!

Hector did a fantastic job cleaning our 31 air supply and return ducts (last time 5 years ago) and the dryer vent (long overdue). Punctual, friendly, careful. I can highly recommend him.

When I called for carpet cleaning, I was very happy that I got an appointment for the next day. Hector B called me to tell me that he would be an hour early, which is always nice. Hector was very polite, and very informative about what he would be doing. He explained everything I would want to know. 5 big stars for Hector!!!
