l came here to handle my brother's affairs. This was my first time doing this for anyone.From the moment my son and I walked in the door we were made to feel at ease and shown to a room where we could talk about the arrangements. l had a lot of questions and Rick Bies patiently answered them all and really put my mind at ease. l must say he gave me better answers to my questions than whoever l talked to when I phoned in. l am from out of state so had to travel a great distance to get there. Rick gave me better payment options than I had been quoted on the phone. At first I was told I needed to pay upfront, but Rick told me l didn't need to pay anything right now and that l had 60 days to complete the payments. That was great because it would have really been a strain on my budget otherwise. This funeral home was actually 2000.00 cheaper than in the state I am currently living in.lf you want to be treated with kindness, empathy and compassion go here. They will answer all your questions and won't make you feel rushed or try to sell you things you don't want.In a dire time they are here to help and help you get through this process as smoothly as possible.
