Dan was clear communicator and fixed two separate issues with my oven. I have a basic electric oven and the computer “went”. He replaced the part in a reasonable time frame for a reasonable price. I’m pretty frugal and considered replacing the whole range, but after reviewing current prices to buy the exact same basic oven, I decided to get the repair. A few weeks later the outer part of glass oven door shattered (entirely my fault, poor cleaning choice) , he replaced this too. Both of these repairs have held for a several months now. I would definitely call him again if I needed a repair. Yes, I would prefer to pay less, but he is reasonable and excellent service for what I needed.
Our central air conditioner stopped working on a hot day, and we were desperate to get it repaired ASAP. Dan was in between service appointments, arrived within a half hour after our initial call, and did not charge us the $200+ emergency fee others wanted. He had to get parts and returned that same day to install a new motor and capacitor at a reasonable cost. Dan is courteous, professional, and completely fixed our ac unit so it runs like new! He is definitely our new technician for all appliance-related home repairs and we highly recommend him! Thank you, Dan!
