Monday morning I woke up to no water. After checking what I knew what to do I called Torgerson Well whom I had used in the past. It was about 12:30 pm. that I placed the call. Even though it was business hours I had to leave a message. I waited until 4:30 and called again. Again I got their answering machine and left another message. Tuesday morning I called again to talk to their machine again. Frustrated I called TL Stevens Well Company. A pleasant speaking woman answered my call on the first ring. With in 2 hours I had my water working!!! Still have not heard back from Torgenson Well. Their answering machine give no indication something is wrong or out of business. As I said I used Torgerson before and they were a good company. But this experience is unacceptable. I feel they need to update their message to inform people why they will not return calls. I could not be more disappointed than with this company!!!!!

If there is another well company to use, that would be my advice. I find it a poor idea to badmouth a company...that being said, I won't use them ever again

Called Torgerson because my Well went out. They answered right away! They said they could come out the next day. They were here when they said they were going to be here. And now I have water! Thanks for the awesome service! Only thing I would change is, I wish the price would have been discussed before the work started. But at the end of the day I have water and it needed to get done anyway.

I hired these guys to remove my old well and drill a new one. They quit after taking out the old well, and left me without water. Now they want to get paid for a job they didn't finish! Better find someone else.

These bozos got halfway finished and suddenly couldn't be bothered to finish. On top of that, now they have the audacity to ask to get paid for a half - finished well. Go somewhere else.
